Some of the world's laziest mechanic's. Whenever I walk by I'm just treated with abuse. They wouldn't fix my brake pad on my motorcycle. Some of the worlds worst! I'm absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the staff especially, when I came in to get some water.

Booked in an appointment for a brake pad issue this week. Due to the backlog caused by the recent pandemic the only available slot was the beginning of this week. This meant that we had to reschedule a day’s work in order to attend. Arrived 20 minutes early only to be informed that there was no record of my booking whatsoever, despite my phone records showing otherwise. Ok, accidents happen, however the customer “service” that followed was pathetic. The front desk refused to take any responsibility and blamed it all on “whoever was on last week” there was no apology, no apparent regret and really they didn’t seem to care. However after speaking to another family member about this later I discovered that the exact same thing happened to her with her booking “mysteriously disappearing” despite her physically standing in front of the person booking it at the time. Can I suggest you invest in a diary ATS? Or improve your spectacular sadmin as this is clearly a regular occurrence.
