Reasonable but I chose to buy my first car elsewhere. The car I tried here was dusty and didn't seem like it had been driven in a long time. But the other cars on show appeared to look in good shape.

Brilliant, decent, honest service - initially. I have had the Ford for just over a year and probably only driven it ten times. Everytime it is driven a new problem arises. It's only a 57 plate. I couldn't continue my previous job as it involved driving and the car is unreliable. Really disappointed. Could not afford to spend the sort of money I did and potentially have large bills (the fuel injectors all need replacing). The clutch went very shortly after purchase and a knocking noise at the rear which hasn't stopped..The aftercare was frustrating. Stuck with an undriveable car and down a lot of money.

I would recommend to use independent garage to check car before buy car from them. I bought a jaguar x type from them with 12 months MOT with two advisories (tyres and brakes). I DID NOT KNOW TILL RECENT RESEARCH THAT ADVISORIES ARE NOT REQUIRED BY LAW SO IN THEORY MOT TESTER MAY NOT DISCLOSE ANY CLOSE FUTURE REPAIRS SO YOU HAVE NOT IDEA WHAT COST OF REPAIRS COMES WITH THE CAR YOU BUY WITH 12 MONTHS MOT. First day I have driven off the garage I could hear very loud wheel bearing and knocking at the back (not heard it during test drive) they have sorted it out wheel bearing. However knocking is still happening, also steering become loose and noises from alternator belt area are getting worst. So far I have been quoted by two garages approx 600 of repairs (both lower arm bushes, steering arm, front ARB ball joint) and that is not including stuff which are not urgent to do (suspension is leaking, arms are corroded, movement in crankshaft pulley, exhaust flexi joint blow). JUST SUSPICIOUS THAT CAR HAS PASSED WITH BAD WHEEL BEARING, EXCESSIVE MOVEMENTS IN STEERING ARM AND SUSPENSION BUSHES.
