I visited Meadens recently with a pretty good idea of what I wanted. The staff were brilliant from the minute I walked in the door. Very aware of my presence, even though all salespersons were busy with customers. The service advisor offered me a seat and a drink whilst I waited. The show room was very clean and had lots of information dotted about. Once I sat down with the sales guy, he was brilliant. Listened to what I wanted, and advised me on all queries and questions I had. I took the car I wanted to purchase for a test drive and loved it. Luckily for me I was able to drive the car away the same day. Thank you all for such brilliant service. I’m sure I will be back when it’s time to upgrade.

This is a main dealer situated in the New Forest. Office/reception/showroom is very clean and modern. You must book an appointment for a test drive and remember to take your driving licence. Salesman, obviously, does not come with you on the test drive which is a bit of a bind if you want something explained, but that's the way it is at present. Cars are sanitized and they allow you to use the showroom toilet. The customer parking sign arrow points along the showroom but it really means you to park behind the sign on the left. Overall a good impression.
