The food was as good as ever. I ordered Cajun fish, chicken tenders, and shrimp. The Covid controls were not good - all of the employees had masks, but there was no effort to separate either employees or, more importantly for me, customers. I could have ordered from the drive-thru, but I've found in the past that the orders are often wrong at this store when ordering that way. You never get what you ask for.. The staff seem to have a vocabulary limited to the menu items, and this causes trouble. Even inside, the cashier, who was very nice, had to start over more than once because she could not understand I didn't want meals, or biscuits, or anything else but what I ordered.

I visited this Popeyes location for the first time to order the spicy chicken sandwich. While I was waiting in the drive thru I witnessed the guy making my sandwiches handling food without gloves! I asked to speak with the manager, however, he denied that the gentleman was handling food. The pictures I took clearly show that he is. The manager was not apologetic or understanding at all. I asked for a refund and will not return!
Food was hot and freshly very tasty. I did not have an issue with waiting to long per previous reviews but maybe it could of been because I only ordered a chicken sandwich with fries... anyways good customer service for my first visit at this location.
completely messed up my order. forgot a whole entire sandwich burnt the buns on the other 2. forgot the pickles and the sweet tea tastes like an old motel room. not to mention the 20 minute drive thru time.
Just left out of this location. The lines are always long and now I see why. The employees are not organized, nor are they taking their jobs seriously. They were taking orders one at a time. I waited 6 minutes before I was greeted. This has happened 3times already. Completely unacceptable. Strongly unlikely to recommend this location. Go to Sterling - Reston locations.
