An asset to the surrounding community. The office staff and Dr.offer compassionate care and professional courtesty to all. You must only come if you are serious about your recovery and can make weekly office visits. I am thankful I found help here for my loved one. If you are uninsured, the price is very reasonable.

I recommend Cleanslate in Arlington to ANYONE who needs or wants help. I have been with them for awhile and my entire experience has been amazing. My three favorite people there are Rita,Precious in Kenneth The three of them have really helped me... well more then that, they saved my life. Every time I leave there I feel even better when I did walking in. Mentally, emotionally and spiritually. There is not enough time in the day for me to list all the things they are wonderful at... I am truly thankful for cleanslate and there staff. Thankyou.

Dr. Dority it is very patient and thorough, although my appointments often started 15-20 mins after their scheduled time. This location does not provide behavioral therapy, only doctor consultation, drug/alcohol screening, and medications. The staff is somewhat iffy. Had quite a few appointments messed up, their office processes kept changing due to covid, and the staff attitude felt a really unfriendly at times like we're supposed to just understand how they're operating that week. Overall, it's a good choice for the medication treatment and to supplement with behavioral therapy elsewhere, but feels rather like an assembly line treatment rather than being helped by truly compassionate people.

I Started here a few weeks ago and it feels good to be in a program where everyone is friendly and a no judgement zone.. The lady at the desk was very helpful and sweet. Her name is Precious.. The nurse was was amazing too.. I highly recommend this place to anyone tryn to change their life around. Thanks to all the staff for being kind. We need more people like you all in life.

*****Five Stars***** Highly recommend!! Amazing Doctor (Vivian Sona) and staff!! I called CleanSlate today last minute to inquire about treatment. Precious at the front desk was amazing and extremely accommodating. She took the time to go ask the provider to meet with us after new patient hours for intake. My husband and I have been struggling for some time now and have been desperately wanting help. Dr. Vivian and her nurse (I don't know her name) were amazing as well! Every step before and during our visit was comfortable. We are amazed with the treatment these ladies provided! We never felt any kind of judgment and felt welcomed every minute before and after our appointments. Originally only my husband was going to go because of insurance. Dr. Vivian made me feel so comfortable during my husbands appointment that I started asking questions and volunteered the information about myself. We are now both on the road to recovery thanks to these astonishing women! We both highly recommend CleanSlate for treatment. Even if you are uninsured there are affordable options available. For the longest time we've avoided treatment believing I would be unable to afford it. THERE ARE AFFORDABLE OPTIONS FOR EVERYONE!! TAKE THE NEXT STEP!
