I have visited this pumpkin patch several times with my grandchildren. It is so fun, interesting and educational that they wanted to return every year. This year, I have had the good fortune to be the one -room schoolhouse teacher. I love it! I have seen thousands of happy, smiling faces this month. There have been many, many compliments on the activities provided here. I have been told, by numerous guests, that the activities, family atmosphere on the grounds, with the owners, and with employees are second to none. So, for a great experience with your family, school or church group, come by Arkansas Frontier, open each year for the month of October!!!! Deanna Glover
I formerly worked at this establishment. I can tell you from experience that the owners put a TON of effort into this program they prepare for months to make it a great experience for everyone and strive for excellence. They make it fun for the children as well as educational. They own lots of props including an old school house with desks! Animals? They have them too. Its a very well rounded experience I would highly reccomend!
Full Disclosure - I work at this Pumpkin patch. This patch was started by teachers, 20 years ago, with the intent of having a place that was both a lot of fun and very educational for children. Every year they add something new to see or do - this year, for example, Big Foot can be spotted here and there, and a new activity for visitors of all ages to try out is the Big Foot Racers. This is my fifth year at Arkansas Frontier. I have seen the same schools come out every year, with the teachers telling me that this is the best pumpkin patch they have seen. We have schools who drive two or more hours to get to our patch, and we even have out of state visitors, as well. Come on and check us out.
One of my favorite places to be since a kid! I love that the kids get to pick there own pumpkins in the patch and the hayride is great, we always have a great time here!
