Would have given Five Stars however the scheduling errors I experienced were unacceptable!!! The tech John was awesome, if all of their techs are as competent as John it just may save the company!! A very reasonable fee for the service call, if you allow them to fix it that fee goes toward the repair!!! They need competent staff scheduling the techs and if they don't fix those problems they wont last and will probably lose techs due to the level of incompetency I experienced with the ladies in the office. One time is reasonable 3 times is not a good look for a business

The specialist who assisted me found out that the refrigerator light stays on even when closed. He fixed the refrigerator door switch and after half an hour it was working well again. Good job!

Turned out the water inlet valve was defective. Good thing they brought with them the necessary parts. It was replaced right away.
