I was connected with this company by our home warranty company. The problem was our oven was not working properly, it would get warm but not heat up to temperature. Yes the technician arrived when they said they would, but they did not appear interested in evaluating the oven to determine the issue. They simply turned the oven on and because it started heating up right away they told me it was working, requested payment for the ‘diagnosis’, and they left. The next day I believed I had a working oven so I proceeded to use it to cook dinner. To my disappointment after having the oven on for 20 minutes it had not heated to temperature and was cool enough I could touch the oven racks with no discomfort whatsoever. I called the next morning and told them what was going on and he then started to say a part must have failed and he would send the information to the warranty company for approval. At this point, I have still yet to get a proper diagnosis for what is wrong with my oven and they are not communicating or providing information to the warranty. I call and get a voicemail box that is full. This is not only unprofessional and terrible customer service, but I feel taken advantage of because they had no problem having me pay when they didn’t do anything. And I still do not have a working oven. Waiting to see if the matter will be rectified but not feeling hopeful.

Anthony was able to diagnose my dryer problem over the phone just by my description of the problem. He arrived as scheduled and completed the repair quicker than expected. My appliance was good as new in half an hour. Anthony was polite, prompt, and professional, not to mention very affordable. Saved me the cost of replacing an expensive appliance during the holidays. I highly recommend and will use again!
Anthony arrived as scheduled, promptly replaced the freezer thermostat in my garage extra 17 year old Frigidaire refrigerator freezer. It is now back working perfectly! Service call and repair fees were reasonable. I am completely satisfied that Frigidaire Service recommended Anthony's Appliance Repair Service! Our washing machine went down right as the social distancing/ quarantine started. Needing a washing machine to help keep down the possible infection spread. Anthony was chosen to repair the washing machine by Lowes we bought it from and maintains the warranty for the machine. Anthony personally went above and beyond the call of a standard repair person. Not only did he put him self at risk by coming to fix our washer he also came a went from the garage to help keep me safer since I am immunocompromised. He had to order a part and he stayed in touch as he waited for the part to come in. Once he had the part it took him less than 30 minutes to fix our beloved washer. I cannot thank him enough for the care and dedication he displayed!
I called Anthony’s Monday afternoon about a warranty job on my new fridge. They helped me diagnose it myself when I got home, and by Wednesday morning, they replaced the faulty fan and my fridge was good to go. The technician arrived by 9:50 am and was done and out of here by 10:15! Probably the smoothest, most responsive appliance technician experience I’ve ever had.
