Engineer was polite and friendly, explained everything he was doing. Showed me the faulty part, this company will be in my contacts in case I have further need. Slight issue after engineer left, the machine door won’t unlock. Will contact company for assistance

Point Break

About 5 months ago this company sent out representative to fix my door handle on washing machine , he seemed to do this after a couple of days the handle became stiff any way we struggled to open this on many occasions . Finally it broke when we got out another company to come out he showed me that the guy still used the broken handle but bodged it up with wire the part to buy was only 7 pounds !!!! but that still didn't stop him charging me a fortune for a bodge job. I did ring the company before I got the proper company out to fix it firstly they said the description of the guy was not a representive of there's and I had the wrong number so I read out the receipt number he left, this So called professional company said they would ring me back witch they didn't . I rang back then they said he did come out to me but he was in India for three months. What a rip off. If I could leave a picture to show you all I would of the bodge job he tried to do. I will be coming down to your shop to show you though . You are a bunch of thieves !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Response: I will bring in the broken handle with wire he bojged it up with it , it needed a new handle you bunch of cowboy crooks !!!!! Witch would cost 7 pounds . I will bring in the evidence to you . Never mind your stupid argument in regards to three month warranty the fact is he didn't fix the handle he tied a piece of wire in the broken handle and put back . It needed a new handle at a cost of 7 pounds if he did the job correctly i would have no problem with the charge but he didn't you lot are a bunch of con men . And you lied saying that the fitter didn't work for you just shows what you are Cowboys !!!
