I also disagree with the negative comments. I finally decided to do something to address my general anxiety and occasional panic disorder so became a new patient relatively recently. Very helpful and knowledgeable gent. He can be fast paced, is not shy about asking some tough questions and gets to the point, but I do not find him uncaring. He was able to provide me with some valuable non-medication based techniques to deal with panic and increase relaxation as well as options for longer term medication based solutions to treat my generalized anxiety. I have a family member that also sees Dr. Pundy for some more serious issues unfortunately and he has helped a lot.

Don’t waste the time with this guy. Literally called me a pill seeker multiple times, when I’m trying to get treatment to get off of pills?? Tried to play it off that I was out of state, when he had said I was the third client from my state today via teleconference. Claims to be a specialist in my particular substance (which will cause seizures in withdrawal) but is asking me what kind of pills should I take? Then says “sorry I can’t deal with a dose that YOU want” when I claimed multiple times I wanted clinical advice and was willing to do whatever he recommended. Wouldn’t even give me SEIZURE medicine for a worst case scenario. All I did was tell him the honest truth of my condition. Disappointed, website was nicely marketed. Just another cash collector.

How in the world can this Dr get less than 5 stars? He and his office manager are both extremely cordial and extremely professional. He is helping me taper off a drug and is not judgemental toward me at all. He is the first Dr to agree to help me taper safely!! He is kind and just goes out of his way to help give ideas on how to manage panic and anxiety. I'm so happy I found someone who is doing things in a safe and professional manner!!

He always is patience and listens to all my concerns. When a medication or behavior therapy he suggested doesn’t quite work well with me, he’s able to provide different approaches we could take, and explains each and every approach very clearly — the positives and negatives and what he would think is best. He is very patient and you can tell how knowledgeable he is. He’s always looking into new research and maintains to stay up to date with all his specialties. He doesn’t make you feel rushed, endures you feel comfortable, and doesn’t downplay /disregard your concerns. He doesn’t speak degradingly (which is something I experienced with past psychiatrists) and his staff, Shalon, is absolutely wonderful. She’s able to accommodate that I’m bad at phone calls so she takes the time to answer and send reminders to my email. She’s so sweet. By far the best doctor visit that I feel most comfortable with all around.
