Buying my apartment went really quickly and smoothly with the help of Anna. She had a great insight into where bidding prices could be and on the first apartment I liked she was amazing in helping me make an apartment securing offer I was happy with, while keeping me up to date every step of the way.
Ben and the team took us smoothly through the entire buying process. They always got back to us quickly on any questions. He took the initiative to check everything on the property we ended up buying and attended a couple of second viewings with us to comment on the places. Also very comfortable working in English and explaining the unique Dutch aspects of buying to an expat. He also suggested an offer price which ended up being spot on and got our offer accepted very quickly. Highly recommend!
