We had a great experience with First Class Housing specially with Sheila. She was our agent during all the process. She contact us by phone and mail all the times necessary until she was sure we had understood all the papers. She send us an English copy of the contract in so that we could comprehend it and gave us all the time we need to make the decision and sign the contract. During the visit and the day that they gave us the keys she was super nice and treat us with a lot of attention. That day she made check list (and a lot of pictures) with all the damaged things on the apartment to avoid problems on the day we leave. She also has helped us even after renting with new problems on the apartment. A part from all of this she also speaks perfectly our language (Spanish) so the communication was very fluent all the time. Thank you very much for your help Sheila!

We moved from the UK to the Netherlands during a very stressful time (COVID and travel bans), however Jaimy and her team were fantastic from day one. They were very accommodating to facilitate a virtual viewing as we were still in the UK, and made all the arrangements for the key transfer on the date and time of our arrival in the Netherlands. There is a lot of blind trust required when both property viewing and signing of contracts is being done remotely, but fortunately through Jaimy's professionalism we always felt we were in good hands.
