Caution to the sellers: We went to see a great apartment to buy. But our viewing experience was very poor due to the makelaar representing the seller. Overall the viewing experience left us with a negative feeling of the house.

Vanessa is super tenacious and will give 110% to secure tenants or buyers for your property. I was struggling to rent out my parking spots and was actually going to take them off the market but Vanessa never gave up and secured both at the price I wanted. She is extremely professional, diligent and hard working, I would highly recommend working with her.

In our search for a real estate agent to list our apartment in Amsterdam on the market we spoke to several realtors. After the first meeting most vanished but not Elan. Vanessa made sure to follow up to ask on the status of our listing, this in combination with a feeling of trust ensured us we had to work together with Elan. In all fairness we did not work together since Vanessa and her team made sure that there was absolutely no burden on us at all! If you are looking for a real estate office that listens to your wishes and understands these look no further. Elan does not only possesses the market knowledge but also brings an extensive knowledge on media to the table (look at the pictures on the website or the posts on Facebook/IG for an indication). This is all combined with an honnest and transparent way of working ensuring that you as buyer or seller are not just a number. From experience we can say that Amsterdam is overloaded by cocky realtors that absolutely have zero interest in your cause. Elan is the complete opposite, hence the name.
Vanessa was betrokken bij de aankoop van onze woning in Amstelveen. Vanaf het begin was ze zeer behulpzaam, prettig in de omgang, en altijd snel en goed bereikbaar. Tijdens de bezichtigingen nam ze de tijd voor je, was ze goed geinformeerd, en kwam later nog terug op enkele zaken. Hoewel ze de verkoopmakelaar was heeft ze ook ons erg goed ondersteund bij het verdere aankoop proces en de nodige tips en hulp geboden. Zo dacht ze actief mee over het overzetten van onze spullen voor de daadwerkelijke overdracht. Kortom, wij zijn zeer tevreden met Elan makelaars en raden ze iedereen aan!
