I was given the challenge of getting an appraised value of a home for the year 1993. Yes, what its value was 28yrs. ago! I called American Home Appraisal. Could not have had better luck. They knew exactly what I needed for filing our 2020 taxes and provided me with all the proper documents within 2 business days. I was amazed at the quick response time and how professional they are. I needed an appraisal to settle my family estate. Called these guys and they quoted a reasonable price so I made an appointment. They came out the next day for the inspection and were on time and very professional. They emailed me a report the following day. Good service, good price and a very well done report. No reason to use anyone else.

So our borrower paid for an appraisal while she determined which lender she was going with. The requested from this company to have the appraisal typed in the lenders name. We were informed that it is against the law. However, if we paid them again they would be glad to do the appraisal again. There are are to many appraisers to choose from that do an honest business.

I called American home Appraisal to do an appraisal on a client’s property and Dan was able to schedule the inspection the very same day even after reaching him after noon , he showed up on time and my clients were very satisfied with his professionalism and the best part he delivered the report the next morning, I will definitely use them again and i highly recommend this company .
