I've had these letters installed by Alpha Neon about 2 years ago. First incident where a letter fell off, it almost hit a customer of H&R block during tax season, which the business was located right beside mine. That could have resulted in a lawsuit if that letter came down on someone's head. This time, same issue, came this morning to open my business and found another letter has fallen off and broke upon impact on the ground. Ive been calling Alpha Neon all day today since 9 am, left messages to call me back to solve this issue and they did not pick up any of my calls or have not received a call back. Not very happy with the company that advertises quality in their work and customer service. Update Called for 3 days now and left several voice messages with no answer or return calls. Giving up on this company for good now. Spoke to my franchisor who referred me to this company about the lack of care and customer service. We will take our business elsewhere
