We ordered a neon sign from you actually back in 2008. First of all I must say we absolutely love the neon. It's still working. Its in great condition. One of the best purchases I have made in a long time. So congrats to you.

On Sept 10th I placed an order on line with standard shipping. The website said it would take 3-5 business days to ship. When I did not receive a tracking number 6 business days after the order was placed I called them up. After being on the phone for about 10 minutes the lady said she would call me back. Towards the end of the day (about 3 hours later) she called back saying my payment had not cleared their bank. I had paid via my checking account. The next morning I called my bank, the money had cleared my account on the 3rd business day from the transaction. When I called up and spoke to the same lady she said she would again look into it. Again after 3-4 hours I received a call from her saying it would be shipped that day, the payment had just cleared their bank that day. I asked her how why it would take the 4 days after it had cleared mine before it showed up in theirs. There was no answer given. Considering that it is against the law for a checking transaction to take more then 3 days the ball was obviously dropped. No apology or compensation was offered for the delay in shipping the sign. It arrived a week I had originally expected it. Then I found out it's partial frame is made up of cheap plastic and the front is not enclosed. The neon letters are reflected against the shiny plastic making it a blurred image up close, not clean and crisp. Not satisfied with either the product or their customer service.
Incredibly talented with years of experience. Makes magic happen with glass.
