DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ALLEGENT CREDIT UNION! The employees are all as incompetent as they come and they’re shameless about it. No one knows what’s going on, ever. They lost my title in the mail after I paid my car loan off in full, even after years of making my payments ALWAYS on time, in full, prior. HOW?! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They didn’t even take the time or have the decency to put a tracking number when they sent it and gave me the run around when I confronted them about. Take your business anywhere but here, it’ll save you money, time and patience!!

I am a current customer with the bank, as they hold my mortgage. Their loan department has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. No one ever knows what is going on with my loan or can answer any of my questions without having to wait a day or two for a call back. I ordered an appraisal and they have not, and appears will not, send me a copy of it. I have already paid for the appraisal also. They have not sent me an escrow analysis or any proof of what is going on with why my escrow is changing. My next call is to the CFPB if it doesn't get corrected. If you are looking for a mortgage, STAY AWAY from them.

What would i do??? I was placed on furlough and the called back which made me not eligible for unemployment. So i decided to go here and they helped me. Thank you so much
