This company deserves no stars. I had a service agreement with them after buying a new system and duct work. I had issues for two years and they said my warranty was out. I had a great AC company come out and he contacted carrier and I had a 7 year warranty. He replaced the coil and my AC that was constantly freezing stopped. You would think they would have been able to do this since they installed it. This company has no integrity. I would run from ever using their service. They cost me thousands of dollars. Run....Run....Run

Will our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our ac back up and running and helped explain what needed to be done to keep it running efficiently. Sarah in scheduling was very responsive and professional and did her best to keep the cost as low as possible while making sure we would get the needed repairs. I entered into a maintenance contract on both units and look forward to routine maintenance calls instead of breakdowns from here on out

We are very happy about the service JAY gave us. He was here ahead of time, had a nice personality, explained our new unit and made sure the vents were adjusted so we could run the AC more efficiently. He was very clear explaining how the cold air should travel and how everything should be adjusted, which he did. We were totally impressed by his service. Clean, PROFESSIONAL, Immaculate and a good communicator Thank You, Jay! We hope they let us schedule you for our yearly maintenance!
