Not respectful or knowledgeable. I was given the wrong dosage which resulted in me becoming extremely sick. I was at the point of being malnourished and starving. Would not recommend this business to anybody. When I called and asked for help no phone calls were returned. When I made an appointment to discuss my concerns, I was belittled and made to feel I was at fault. Let his be a warning to anybody that would want to use this facility.

I went to Affirm before my wedding and after having my baby before vacation and loved them. Recently however I went back for a Nutritional Sculpt wrap. Please don't waste your money, it was not relaxing and you will not see results. I stood there freezing wrapped in soaking wet cloths on a machine that giggled me up and down for 25 mins. The wraps were so tight my body was purple and pink dotted, they take the wraps off as fast as possible and measure you while you are still wet and cold you don't actually lose inches they just measure you while your body is still restricted from the wraps and before you get your circulation back. I supposedly had lost 19 inches total. However measured myself the next morning and I was exactly the same as before. She were extremely unprofessional with the employee not being able to subtract 17 from 18. Then she was unable to use the card reader to check me out, I had to call back the following day to have my card charged. Update: I will add a star to this review because I did receive a follow up call offering me a free LB12 injection for the experience I had with them.
