Unfortunately the botox that I paid 395.00 dollars for only lasted about 6 weeks. I've had botox before (Austin Plastic Surgery) and it cost less and lasted 6 months! I am not going back to this place.
HORRIBLE. AVOID THE LIMELITE FACIAL! SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT! I am amazed to see so many outstanding reviews when my own experience was so terrible. I went into Dermagenix for Titan. Dr Vo convinced me that I should purchase a 3-step package, including a Limelite Facial. On the day of the Limelite, she downplayed the pain involved, but used the highest setting on the wand. The experience was excruciatingly painful, and I cried. Dr Vo and her assistant laughed. Worse than the pain was the fact that the process left huge pale blotches on my left cheek, which has been largely darkened by a solid field of freckles. She assured me she would make it right by giving me complimentary treatments until the entire cheek was clear of freckles. This continued with 2 "free" treatments where she used the lightest setting on the wand, sold me overpriced concealing makeup, and insisted that she couldn't see any remaining unevenness in my skin tone, which was rediculous because I could see it in dim light. At the end of the second treatment, it was clear to me that her "free" touch-ups were done. It is years later, and the pale blotches are still very clearly evident to me and everyone else who sees me. Add to this the filler I had her do was chunky and uneven, and is visible under my skin now. Dr Vo had a permanent, negative and disfiguring effect on my face. All in all, a very disappointing, traumatic, and expensive learning experience.
