When I first called I was told there wasn't a vet at the practice. The vet was ill and they were trying to get a vet. This took multiple phone calls by myself for a very long time whilst my pet was lying in agony seriously ill. When a vet was then sought I could not understand 95 percent of what she said. I am unsure what language it was. I was incredibly frustrated and upset and relied on a vet to reassure me but I had not the first clue what the vet was even trying to say!! I ended up having to have the nurse email me and call me with what she could make out on the notes. My little baby was put to sleep the next morning. I am angry my pet had to wait a VERY long time until a vet was sought and angry and disappointment and upset that had my pet 20 years and on her final evening we had to deal with this situation with a \vet\ that not only couldn't talk English but couldn't understand English either!!! Yet they charged me hundreds of pounds. PATHETIC!!!!
