Katie is very helpful and caring I spoke with her a couple months ago about listing my home and she gave me all the information. I kept in contact with her and am finally ready. She gave me all the info in 1 day and listed my house. I am very happy with her and her company.

A has been managing my property and tenant for 5 years now. My tenant was constantly not paying me rent so I hired Thomas Clark and his staff. Since they have taken over they are on top of everything and always making sure my tenant pays on time. Katie is very responsive and is always informing me about my house and tenant. Never ! Again. ! Rented a house the owner lived in England and managed by them. The owner not the management company . came to our house to inspect a couple times and was very pleased with us as tenants! But all the sudden the A Management taped a notice in the front door saying we had 15 days to get out. Not even legal. So I contacted the owner in England. He had no idea this was going on and said he didn’t want us to leave! So owner flew in and fired this so called company. And we remained in the home . Do not do business with these people!

I live 1200 miles away and ever since I hired A Plus I have been paid every month. They helped me get my old tenant to move out and did all the work to find me good tenants! I had a few issues of the always finding repairs to do but Katie has always been willing to fix any problems!
