If you own rental real estate you need to let Sundance manage it for you. They do it all, truly reduce the time and hassle of owning and renting property, have extensive vendor connections that can handle any issue that may arise, and an awesome suite of technology tools and reports that simplify everything from knowing what is going on to tax return related data. Plus, the staff and management team are amazing, extremely professional and really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They have managed multiple properties for us for many years and have always been pleased with every aspect of their operation. Definitely recommend Sundance!

As a tenant with Sundance Rental for approximately the past year, the level of service that I've received during my tenancy has been excellent. Both Stevie & Natalie helped my transition to the Emerald Coast go quite smoothly and were quite accommodating to my pre move-in requests. Also, any maintenance requests submitted during my residency were tended to immediately and they have both been very helpful and considerate in my move out process. I highly recommend their services to anyone relocating to Northwest FL or anyone seeking housing in the local area.

I'm a single dad and had to wait until almost the last minute to be able to find a place because I was backed up with work and couldn't take any days off. I am very happy that it didn't take months to move and to be accepted. Kaylan and Lori's professionalism is outstanding and amazing. They both were very caring, respectful,hard working and fast. My children and I have been crammed up in a small apartment in not a nice neighborhood or decent neighbors. Sundance just offered my children and I a fresh start in a house in a great neighborhood and a opportunity for better people living around us. We can't wait to move into a house tomorrow. The stressfulness of moving and waiting really puts a toll on not only myself but my children. Thank you so much Sundance for hiring 2 very hard-working kind women.

Let me start with the experience of renting in Navarre. This is one of the most difficult things that I never thought would actually be difficult. Ashley made it so much easier for us to get into our new rental home. She did more then she needed to, by ensuring all of the little things were lined up. Such a great company on how they show the home and not allowing others to jump ahead of you to take your property. I had the worst experience with David and decker and Sundance completely showed us how you should be treated, and also taken care of! Fabulous job Ashley!
