We were selling our home, and the buyers requested a septic inspection. The buyers hired A Norton Septic. We have a Hoot system, which is an advanced septic waste treatment system. There was an issue with how the alarms got tested, but when I contacted their customer service department, they were friendly, and helpful in getting the issue resolved. As mentioned earlier, Valerie is a true customer service professional. I appreciated their good customer service, which helped make the move less stressful.
I had a fabulous experience working with A-Norton. This is the company to use for a new Septic System here in CNJ. Valerie was extremely knowledgable and quick and easy to communicate with. The whole process, it was easy and a professional 100% of the time. They did every single thing they said they would and the job was done to perfection.
We cannot say enough great things about A. Norton Septic! It was an absolute pleasuring working Valerie throughout the entire process. From the soil testing to installation, we were guided through everything. They even provided us recommendations for engineers which was awesome! This was a unique situation as we listed our house for sale and unfortunately during the inspections, found out the septic failed without our knowledge that there were any issues with the septic. We ended up closing before the septic was installed so money had to be held in escrow. And even with that, Valerie kept us posted with everything since we were no longer the homeowners and of course not living in the house anymore. Customer service was above and beyond! We 100% recommend using A. Norton for all your septic needs!
