Justin did a great job helping us get our tank emptied. I enjoyed meeting him and his dad. They seem like a nice family. Definitely will call him again if needed in the future. I love supporting a family businesses. They definitely know their stuff! I appreciate the time they spent educating us on how to take care of our septic tank system in the future.

Called right before closing and got pricing on the job. Next morning, I called and he worked me in that day. He texted me when he was 40 minutes out and 40 minutes later he was in my driveway. He did a great job locating and digging up my septic tank lid. He pumped the entire tank out, cleaned up his hoses and covered the hole. He showed professionalism from the time he pulled up until he left. Thanks again. Would highly recommend.

TL;DR...you really need to hire this guy! A couple of weeks ago we had a problem with our toilets not flushing and gurgling noises coming from the sinks and showers. Naturally, we called a local plumber,. Fortunately, they came the same day. They cleared the main pipe and all seemed fine. Two weeks later the same exact thing happened. We called the plumber again and he said the cesspool was most likely full and needed to be pumped. After several frantic calls to other septic services, most of whom said they were 2 months out or maybe could come next week, I called J&J Liquid Waste Services. Justin called me back within 15 minutes. I explained the problem and he said he'd be over in about 30 minutes to assess the situation. Our house is 30 years old, so there was no cleanout pipe on the outside of the house. Also, no one knew exactly where the cesspool was. Justin to the rescue. Using his camera equipment, he was able to locate the pool and after some heaving digging (the pool was 3 feet below the ground!) he found the lid to the cesspool. He came back the next day to put a riser on the cap so future cleanouts would be much easier. Justin really know his trade. His is very professional and does outstanding work. I will continue to refer him and definitely use him again!
