My father and I enjoyed our visit to Yugambeh museum. An informative display that tells an important part of history. If you live in the Gold Coast and Logan areas, it's worth the visit.

Amazing collection of language and cultural heritage knowledge
Visited today with a group of people from the Abbey at Caboolture. It's a delightful little Museum, Language and Heritage Centre whose mission was so professionally represented to us by Shaun Davies. For anyone seriously interested in Aboriginal Culture. Not to be missed!
Amazing little museum. Someone there offered to guide us, and he was an engaging and very influential young man.
I have a bachelors in linguistics and extended my trip to be able to visit this museum since it's only open 4hrs a week. The museum consists of two small rooms, one with signs that were repetitive and not well explained, we had to google some mythology and even historical events for context. The other room had two glass cases of objects of which not all were labelled or explained. A few books were on sale but stuffed away in the bottom of a glass case, titles not visible and no one to purchase from. Honestly, a waste of time.
