If walking from the centre of Lincoln you need to follow the signs it is quiet a walk but worth it. For those that are wanting to catch a bus there is a bus that takes you and stops out side. The museum of life is an great visit. It can be seen in a morning. It as made use of an old army barracks. It takes you back to a way of life. And as some great exhibits. And how things used to be. Great for showing the younger generation. Definitely worth the visit. The tank that is on loan was of great interest and was very fascinating to watch the small film about its history. Staff very friendly and helpful

Would have loved to have visited! But when we arrived they were closed! Find it very odd that on google, their website and Facebook page it says they are open - but the definitely aren’t. Will need to come back when the museum is open again, might call ahead to double check next time

The Museum of Lincolnshire Life is free to visit and an interesting day out. There are interactive exhibits and an outdoor play area for children, as well as a cafe and second-hand bookshop on site. For people on a budget, those interested in local history, vehicles through the ages, etc... this is a good place to explore!
