Jim and Allan have done an excellent job from start to finish. We started with a shell of a house and they have hard wired a system which allows me to control lighting, heating , music and security from the loxone app. This can be done from anywhere. As my needs are developing the system that YOU CONTROL have put in is able to be programmed to my wishes without further need to be at the house. It is a particularly helpful system as I am often away and I can manage heating and security from afar. Allan and Jim provide a long term back up service at no extra cost which had been invaluable as my understanding of the potential benefits of the home automation system unfolds.

We began working with You Control because we had paid for a lighting design by a company who recommended Loxone, but as the installation progressed it became evident that they were lacking in expertise. Jim and Allan without complaint stepped in to amend the existing design which had already been wired and complete the installation so that many issues were corrected and in the end met with our requirements. A 'smart' home takes some getting used to and throughout they have helped to guide both of us to ensure we fully understand the system and developed it so that we can maximise our use of it.
