Maintenance is horrible - they seem to be in no rush to fix a major issue with water damage and possible mold -

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I cannot discourage you enough. You pay WAY too much for the quality of apartment you are living in (ours in the Yorkshire Apartment complex was just straight up gross and dingy). I suggest looking at the Apartments at Waterford-you get way more for what you pay. Trust me. We moved to the area from out of state and did not see our apartment beforehand, otherwise we would not have wasted our time living at the Yorkshire Apartments. We had no hot water for almost our first full week of living there, and the landlord tried to withhold our security deposit until we annoyed them enough to get it back- these people are fishy. Even then we did not receive our full security deposit because we “did not get the carpets professionally cleaned”. We cleaned our carpets using our own shampooer and we confirmed it was ok with administration prior to moving out, and they still took our money. We repeatedly asked them about it but they always beat around the bush. Not to mention it said NOTHING about this in the lease agreement. Honestly we are and always have been the best tenants- always clean and pay our rent EARLY. We did them a favor by living there. I only hope this review will warn others about this place-do yourself a favor and PLEASE look elsewhere!!

I thought this was a great place to live until I moved out. I left oweing no fees and last month Rent was paid on time. My apartment was detailed cleaned when I moved out. I returned all keys and left my forwarding address. I'm having a difficult time collecting my Security Deposit. I've contacted the office 6 times and has still not gotten my Security Deposit. I moved on April 30th and its now June 15th. Tenants BEWARE the office has no intention of being fair no matter how good a Tenant you are. My next step is Small Claims Court. No one should have to go through this.

Wonderful staff. Brenda is great. The apartments and complex are clean and big. Maintenance is quick. Smoke free complex is very nice.
