Excellent service. Due to the pandemic situation. The order was placed via email. Communication was excellent via the telephone and email. Delivery was prompt. Most importantly the item i purchased was high quality and engraved beautifully.

My judo club uses them for all their trophy needs. Staff are always really friend and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. Lovely little shop with small parking area at the back
Lovely selection of gifts, reasonable prices. Really helped me a few years ago too, last minute engraving for my brother's birthday present when he returned home from active duty with little notice.
Fantastic service! Will definitely return. I called in yesterday morning in a rush because I needed something speedily engraving and a hole put through a coin which carries sentimental value. I, being the person I am, sometimes forget that things are not instant and when I was informed that it would take to the week's end I was put in a tricky situation. With a little bit of negotiation, and a swift transaction, they managed to expidite the request for the next day! Wonderful service, will definitely return, thank you for allowing me to gift something with personal value.
