I’m giving this a low rating not because of the food quality but because of the service. I called to order ahead of time and the lady on the phone was pretty rude (kind of like she didn’t want to be working on a Sunday). I gave it the benefit of the doubt and maybe she was just busy. I usually ask for the total so I can know ahead of time. But when I got there to pay she told me the total again which was the same as what she said on the phone but when I paid I got charged a different price. I do understand that paying card/Apple Pay there’s tax but assuming my total was already tax included & since she didn’t mention anything about it being more because she needed to add tax. I wouldn’t have minded if she told me but because she had the time to ask if I wanted a receipt I wouldn’t liked if she told me about the price change. I then asked the lady who gave me my order why I was charged more she was like let me print out your receipt and then she asked if I paid card or cash I said card and she was like oh that’s why. I told her I wish she would’ve told me. I wouldn’t have been so upset if they would had at least apologized to me.

Ordered pickup and it was ready within 20-30 minutes. Got some riceballs, takoyaki and the jasmine green milk tea. The riceballs were good like usual and their takoyakis were good too. The drink was ok... didnt really taste much jasmine tbh... Overall it was good .

Food is usually good but I ordered tea no ice and it literally tastes like water.

Been coming here for years now and I can confidently say YOU WILL LOVE IT! I wish there was a location closer to me but hey doesn't it say something if we're willing to drive 15 -20 min to get here with the traffic that this neighborhood gets.

Really nice of them to have a location here instead of Chinatown. Definitely was a good expansion by them. Riceballs and the drinks are their specialty and it doesn't feel like you'll rip a whole in your wallet prices. Popular with a lot of younger generations that would hang out around the eating area.
