Very frequent visitor as home renovating. Staff always sweeping or chatting between themselves. Very rarely do staff direct you to vacant space, which would really help. Never been offered any assistance with heavy items. Unfriendly staff at arrival even with ID at the ready. Generally tidy and organised but staff could be more helpful.

Good visit to recycling site today. All bays open and operating as usual. On entry customers are asked to provide proof of address. For COVID the operators are asking customers to wear a face mask on site.
Don't visit very often and was concerned about ID and social distancing but it turned out ok. There's a member of staff to greet you, very chatty and friendly, had my driving licence with me but not required. Was directed where to go and which no. bin to use for certain items. A small queue at lunch time but all moving quite well. Had to ask staff about certain items, they were brilliant, again suggesting which bin to use. The site was also very clean. Impressed.
