I got very frustrated trying to work out what size skip I needed and comparing prices between suppliers. I chose Norris because they were transparent about pricing and gave indications on capacity of different sized skips. The skips arrived pretty early in the morning and the drivers checked where I wanted them on the driveway. I found it easy to book both delivery and collection of skips on the website and each time the collection was done on the correct day and fairly early. Charges were exactly what was quoted every time. No more, no less. 100% recommended

I went to this company on recommendation from a neighbour. With waste removal I was keen to use a reputable company that did everything by the book. I wanted to know the waste would be responsibly disposed of. I was happy to trust this company. They were helpful and professional throughout and I would recommend them.
Have used Norris skips twice now and they have been brilliant everytime, communication is good and the service is very good. Will definitely use again when needed.

Hired a skip for a month, costs included skip, lights and permit. You have to get a cover yourself. They picked the skip up early (Saturday morning) as the permit expired on a Sunday and they do not work on Sundays (neither do the council so should have been fine to pick up Monday). One great member of staff (Maise), very helpful.
