It took less than two weeks to excavate my chimney, connect the fire and replaster the chimney breast and the space around the fire. Nigel and Geoffry were a great team and everything was done to a meticulous standard. Victoria was amazing. She was so supportive in the way she sent links so that I could order my fire and accepting delivering of it. I am very pleased with my fire and the whole team exceeded all expectations. It was a very nice touch that Nigel and Geoffry turned up on Saturday afternoon with logs and kindling to show me how to get things going and how to get the best out of the fire.
The great team at Woody's arranged to de commission my wood burning stove for thatch insurance purposes. I was expecting a terrible mess but they covered everything carefully. The work was carried out so efficiently and the clean up afterwards was impressive. Well done for a super professional service by some charming knowledgeable people. I would highly recommend them.
