Two days ago, I set an appointment at 8:00 am... it’s 8:20am and they still don’t call my name... WHAT A JOKE!!!!! THEY SHOULD SHOW MORE RESPECT!!! Please, AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Except for DANIELLE DAVIS! she is the only person who is nice right there!!

This past 2020 I had to make various trips to this location for lab work for myself and my children. Every visit was professional and I was treated kindly by every staff member. The waiting area and lab rooms are very clean. Several of my visits were for my toddlers and they can be a very difficult bunch at any medical visit, especially with needles involved. They were treated with so much care and I'm really thankful that none of our visits were traumatic. I'm writing this post because I think the location has changed significantly and I don't believe all of the negative reviews are a fair representation of the present staff and office demeanor. I really believe this place is worth visiting. I have no complaints of any of my visits. Thank you for making our experiences enjoyable and quick.
I've taken my kids to this labcorp twice. My toddler 2 years ago and my newborn today. This is THE ONLY place I take my kids to because the staff is so compassionate, gentle and professional. They took their time to find those tiny veins and were very gentle! The front desk people are very nice and friendly.
This LabCorp location has recently changed over all of their staff in an effort to improve service. My experience was great, I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. I did not have an appointment and waited less than 5 minutes. The technician was able to complete my labs quickly and painlessly! Definitely recommend!
The receptionist is extremely rude, why are you going to work on a place where you have to deal with people when you DO NOT like to deal with people? Thats my question when I encounter people like this. I showed the document from my phone to the receptionist she said I need to have the actual paper and I asked if she was able to print the document for me she had a copy machine behind her, the place was not busy at all (I have pictures showing that) and she answered and a rude way NO I said ok thank you, i went to the office across and asked the sweet lady on the front desk if she was able to print something for me and she without any problem said of course. LabCorp please do something.
