Professional, kind and friendly staff are my impression about this lab. There were always a long queue in front of the door but it moved very quickly. The security/welcome staff at the entrance spoke a little English and so kindly guided us through the simple process so we can qualified for a covid test. You don't need an appointment, you don't need a health card or a social security number, just get in the queue and walk in. Basically you can go to website biogroup.fr and register your information (your name, DOB and email are the most important details. Others are phone, address in France which we put the hotel address, social security number if you don't have just put any number to fill in the field). Then you will get a QR code, screenshot it in maximum size. Then when got in the waiting area, you can scan that QR code and print out in paper (the printers are next to the scanner). Then, give it to the staff at receiving counters. They will give you a full document and then just get in the room for the test. It took around 30minutes for both of us to get the test done including queuing. All totally free. And we received the test result via email that evening, in less than 8 hours! Highly recommended!

I arrived at 8 am, got tested around 0930 (the wait will be longer as you throughout the day). Registration is done at bioborne.fr in advance before getting the guichet. I received the test results (in english/french) in 8 hours. The staff was super kind and professional.

Arrived 7:30. Got tested 11:20. A very cold, long wait but the staff was quick and professional. If you intend on getting tested, be ready for a long wait. Bring a friend, a snack, maybe even a fireplace.

Visit in October 2020. Despite the many people needing testing the people working at this laboratory were kind, patient, efficient and professional. After an afternoon driving around looking for a place to have a test done this was a relief.

Arrived at 17h20 on October14 and waited until 19h20. Tested quickly Result on 22h20 of October 15 It took around 30 hours to get the result (I gave the wrong email address while printing my infor, and corrected it with the help of assistant. But obviously I did not get the email and I knew the result by manually checking the website) Bravo!
