Its not very often I complain but..The procedures at this bank are rubbish, if you wait in the queue outside they come to you and say , oh you don't need to queue if your paying a cheque in just go to the paying in machine. If you go straight in to the paying in machine they say you have to wait in the queue. The bank manager who wasn't wearing a mask said the member of staff didn't come out to the customers because she was managing the back area. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THERE! so why was she standing there when people were queuing outside?? Was also questioned by the bank manager that if the service is so bad why do i bank with them. The cheek of it, I have banked for over 35 years with them longer than she has probably worked for there. with a business and personal account but am now going to close both and move to a decent bank with more staff and decent opening hours! also will be putting a complaint in online.

Been a happy customer here for years. The staff have always gone out of their way to help me and they did it with a smile. Only 1 cash machine outside. And a paying in machine inside to speed up queues. Theres a step when entering so not perfect for people with mobility issues. There is a powered door on entry.
0000 was sent to me as pin, deserve one star for that, every account I had with them, I had an issue, so for that heres a star, for the paper that was sent to me, requested new pin, didn't arrive, snapped the card and used a more professional Barclays and Lloyd's instead who wont hold your income against u
