Lovely lock and picturesque little spot. Great for walks and surrounding areas. Here is a few water features including a weir and lock and a side run of waterfalls. Theirs benches and a lock keepers cottage. In summer also a good place flowers and for birdlife including grey wagtail, heron and kingfisher.

Great place to watch all the boats going through
Nice place to watch the working of a lock. I recommend going there by bike. It is along the towpath next to the river Wey. Take a Picknick with you.
Good walk, but veruwet on the marsh.
