Thoroughly disappointed with my first experience of weirs wok. Chicken satay skewers - I would swear it was double cooked as the chicken was the toughest I've ever ever had. Spare rips were also very dry despite being covered in sauce. Other dishes were ok but I really don't think I'd rush back. Beef blackbean was ok and the prawn schezwan was also ok. Noodles were nice. Tip for the owners - don't cook your ribs and chicken into oblivion.
