I've used the Woking branch several times previously and they used to provide a great service. I've now however been let down twice by them over the last couple of weeks whereby they've cancelled my MOT appointment and not even bothered to inform me in advance. Certainly won't be using them in future!

I was very lucky to get an MOT slot due to covid but the time and day worked for me. Booked over the phone, they were helpful. The MOT was very thorough which is why I always use them and the value for cost makes them top in my opinion. I do use my specialist for work but I prefer a second pair of eyes in terms of MOT so I know specific parts are functioning safely and previous jobs have been done properly. They identify the smallest things where other garages don't bother. Used them for 6 years will come back again, thanks team.

People of Woking be warned. If you attend this store as an emergency i..e without an appointment they won't have budget or even mid range tyres in store. We were charged over three times the price of a budget tyre we wanted. When My wife complained and I phoned head office, the price was dropped by a third. I wrote to the company expressing my disgust at this seemingly 'profiteering' practice - especially during this C19 pandemic, when many many people have been made redundant or on furlough, as well of course, just after the Christmas period. I received a response from the company very quickly on both occasions, within a day. Great you may think, but although they claimed to have looked into the matter, they clearly couldn't have meaningfully looked at our case in such a short period of time. *****This is a garage to be avoided, plenty of other garages to use in Woking***** Sadly have to give them one star I would have rather have given then none/.
