I took my 93 year old mother to choose a wheeled walker as she needed something practical for outdoor use which would be smaller than that which was available on the NHS. Isobel was very helpful, patient & caring showing us various walkers until we found the one that suited my mother. As there was a sale on we did get 20 off the price plus as my mother suffered a stroke in July we didn't have to pay any Vat. We are very satisfied with the walker we chose. There was a lot of choice too. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
