Well...service from Wild Wings sucked tonight. It is posted NO outside food or beverages. But what do you do when the server...who at 10pm this evening was not busy is in the kitchen clearly texting on her phone and chatting it up with kitchen person. Thumbs down. Next time I will bring my own drink in. ( I must point out most servers are great here but owners you LOST money tonight)
This review is regarding the service at Wild Wing. I arrived 20 minutes before the start of the game and hadn’t been approached by any staff so 2 minutes into the second period I approached the bar and asked for a menu. I was told that if I wanted to order food, I would have to wait for a server at my table. I showed the bartender where my table was (within eyesight of the bar) and she said she would pass it along. The game has now been over for 10 minutes (I have been waiting for over half an hour since that encounter!!) and I still haven’t been given the opportunity to order any food. I am sitting on my own and the groups that arrived after me seem to have been catered to. Very disappointed in the service I failed to receive.
One star tonight. Don't go upstairs very often but whenever I have service is usually good. Tonight it was unbelievably bad. Sat there for over an hour. Had to go to the bar each time for 3 beer. Had a menu sitting in front of me. This server repeatedly walked by me and knew I was there (made I contact from a distance) but continued to serve about 6 other tables over and over and over again without speaking to me once. Maybe because I was by myself so I wasn't the big money maker. After an hour these 5 guys came in and sat at a table within 15 feet of me. She served them and provided them with drinks within 10 minutes. MAX. I was there (at that point) over an hour and not even been SPOKEN to by a server. So to the tiny blonde hair server with grey jeans - you are terrible at your job. I wouldn't tip you ever if you end up serving me again. But that won't likely happen unless I'm with a group I guess. HORRIBLE experience. Especially for someone who tries to get teammates to go for drinks regularly. Not so much anymore.
