Submitted a contract form from their website late the other night. Recieved a reply the next morning around 9am. Great. I replied to that email with insurance information and preferred days and times. Its now the end of the 2nd business day with no response. Ive emailed them 2 additional times trying to get help with no success. Not a very good first impression. Going to find a different practice.

I had a appointment at 9 on may 9th. (What I was told) for values class. I got sit for 40 mins waiting for anyone at all calling over and over with no answers. I messaged on google and I wasn't put down nor was the class i was supposed to have the day before. Not happy having the wrong date and waste of gas

I tried multiple times to contact this place and left multiple messages. No one ever called me back. I finally physically went there and spoke to the lady at the desk. She stared at me blankly and every single question I asked her she answered with \I don't know.\ I left my information, my children's information and our insurance information and no one ever called me back.
