A good balance of methedone dosing and structure: weekly individual counseling and group meetings. The groups can be uneven, of course, but overall there is real empathy and investment from the staff. If you just want to walk in and get dosed, and continue using, you won't like it, but if you're moving towards change and recovery ATC is structured but not overly ideological (12 steps, CBT, etc).
