Pathetic and poor service. Very late and delayed responses. When I got books none of them were intact or properly binded . There was a gap between binding and pages in almost every book and my books were 10 in number altogether costing me around 5250 PKR with delivery charges All of them were torn and in bad conditions. Some books had multiple dots and holes in them I requested them to please rectify the condition of books and then send me again but they refused and said if you want to but from us you will get books in this quality only. I mean seriously are you selling books for free?? Wasted a lot of my time and energy. Thank God I saw those books before giving money. Sari kitabon ki binding ma gap tha aur niche se ukhri hui thi. Mene nahi li request ki k sahi krke bhj den tou bola yehi mil sakti hai bs
