My experience with Prism was OK at the start when I was being asked to sign a service contract for my mobile hoist but, when I wanted to actually book a service, I had to chase and chase for 6 days waiting for them to confirm the day only to be told then that they couldn't do it for a further two weeks (which was after I need to use the hoist). This completely wasted my time not least in waiting for Prism to answer the phone (typically 40 minutes), and left me with very few options. In the end I went to AAL Ltd who are a lot more attentive to customer needs and quicker to respond.

My experience of Prism medical was brilliant. Assessor was extremely helpful and made us feel at ease at the prospect of a big hoist in our lounge. We paid nothing for him to come out and spend the time with us going through the options and absolutely no pressure to buy. Hoist has been in 6 months now and hasn't skipped a beat. definitely recommend!

Told that engineer knocked on my door last week and got no answer, this would be impossible as I was here in the lounge all afternoon waiting for him, plus my dog would of barked, re booked for today, just received a call to say his van has broken down! Let’s see if he makes it Thursday!

Do not use them. They just want to sell. Assessors came and the want to sell they want to sell the most expensive item even when you inform them.
