Back in January I purchased an atto moving life scooter here. Have to say my experience was excellent from entering to making my purchase. Got top notch customer service from Ann Ferguson. The scooter itself is brilliant. Portable and easy to fold and transport in the car.

I am interested in their auto folding electric wheelchairs and for days been trying to get somebody from John Preston to arrange a demo at my place in London. They do not want to know. The rep/salesman takes three days to reply to messages then passes my request to someone else who so far has not contacted me. Am I supposed to plead with them? I don't understand their behaviour. Do you?

Called in today to get a few mobility aids for the house, grab rails and a shower chair. Large range of products. Staff very friendly. I enjoyed having a test drive on the scooters even though I do not yet need one. Parking at the front door which was a plus.

Excellent service. love that they come to you to demonstrate the products. I got a great demonstration from a lovely rep, loved the chair and got it delivered within 3 days. It folds neatly so I can pop it in the boot of the car and even take on holidays with me. Finally FREEDOM. Highly recommend this company.

Bought a FOLDACHAIR D10 Folding electric wheelchair, just over 2 months ago. So pleased with the purchase, as I had to change from a Buggy to a wheelchair. Easy online transaction. Could not be happier.
