Alex designed and made a new wedding ring for my wife. She used the gold from our first two wedding rings which we renewed after 10 years, with a band of baguette diamonds. She took an amazing amount of care and trouble, at all stages, to ensure we got what we wanted and were happy. The end result was stunning and perfect, and was a lovely celebration for our pearl (30th) anniversary. She also repaired and renovated two other rings, which finished looking better than new! Alex is a lovely person and I cant reccomend her enough.

Absolutely incredible experience dealing directly with Alex. She made sure everything I was trying to do to prepare for my engagement proposal went smooth with regards to the ring I ordered. Really pleasant to speak with demonstrated a huge amount of empathy for what I was trying to do. Additionally, because I knew I wasn't going to be able to get the perfect size for the ring; when I came in with the fiancee - she managed to do a sub-24hour turnaround on the resize which my fiancee was ecstatic about. So glad I came to this jewellers to deal with this important moment in life. However, I sincerely hope I won't have to come back for the same service :D
