The whole process of choosing, buying and installation was conducted professionally and painlessly, especially during these difficult lockdown times. We lit the Spice Red stove for the first time last night and were amazed at the heat output compared to the open fire! Very pleased with the quality of the installation, it looks gorgeous! Thank you.

I had a good experience from this company. I delt with David. I received good advice from him and consider that as a result I bought the correct product. I have to add that David knew more about stoves and their associated ancillaries that any other dealer that I had approached. His advice, and I cannot over emphasize this, was invaluable to me and it was the deciding factor in making the choice as to which stove to buy and from whom I bought it. This was in stark contrast to the advice I receive from another Lisburn based family concern who were only interested in maximising my spend with them so thank you David and Wilson Fireplaces!

I went to the Lisburn showroom in August and spoke with David, there were no others in the showroom but I told him what I wanted and he agreed to come back to me with a price in a few days. I waited a few weeks and nothing, I called and left a message which was never returned, I sent an online enquiry form which was never responded to. I eventually got speaking to him on the phone about 6 weeks later, he was abrupt, said he hadn’t even got looking at my quote but to give him another few days. Needless to say I am still waiting!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially when spending vast amounts of money. I went to Portadown Fireplaces, they gave me a quote on the same day and were very helpful and customer focused, they have won my business. I would not recommend Wilsons Fireplaces.

I agree with some of the comments... appaling customer service. I visited the showroom in Lisburn explained I had a Healthy budget (5k) explained what I was looking for.. was told to go send through measurements and a few photos.. which I did that night.. waited a few days ... phoned a few times and nobody returned my call.. nor responded to my emails. Found a new company who want to do business.... glad I found out their lack of interest before I gave them any money.
