We had bought a certified auto years ago at Wilson Toyota of Ames and were extremely happy with this used auto. We had it for over 13 years. A few cars later it was time for a new car so we decided to go there again. Great customer service, no pushy salesman and was not high pressured into anything we didn’t want. Everyone was great. Kari and Tron were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make our car shopping exceptional and to get me in the vehicle of my dreams! Could not be happier! As someone who really shops around when purchasing a car, I found other dealers who tried to get me to settle for a worse financing rate, (sometimes much worse), and who low balled me on my trade in assuming I had done no research. Wilson treated me very well from start to finish, found me the best finance rate, gave me a good offer on my car. They even held the vehicle I was interested in since I lived several hours away and couldn't get there for over a week. All of the staff was great and I highly recommend Wilson Toyota.

My son and I came to Wilson Toyota to look for a car for him. Devan came to assist us and was very attentive as we discussed his ideal vehicle. Devan quickly showed us multiple vehicles that fit our requirements to a tee. When I shared that we also wanted to purchase a vehicle for our daughter, we repeated the exercise of discussing our requirements and viewing vehicles. Devan found another certified vehicle that matched our requirements. Over the next five days while awaiting my wife’s return from a trip, Devan was very quick to respond to my calls about details of the purchase. Our meeting with the finance manager was efficient and pleasant. I love the forthright, attentive and no-pressure sales experience. We were amazed by the quality and great prices for the vehicles. My wife was visiting family in Ames when our van broke down. Repair costs deemed it necessary to look at possibly buying a new van. I was out of state and together we did tons of research to see where the best deals in the area were. My wife drove all over the state test driving vans of all types at loads of dealerships, and then she found Mark at Wilson. Mark was friendly, and knowledgeable about his current offerings, but those offerings didn't quite fit what we needed. My wife received NO pushiness from him to buy something that wasn't a right fit. I gained respect for him through that first encounter she had with him. Then he kept in touch as other options came on the lot that he thought might interest her. She test drove it, fell in love, and then came the tricky part - the purchase. I was still out of state, and while my wife is an amazing judge of character and of quality, she generally leaves the negotiating up to me, since I'm in sales. Mark was professional and personable in our phone conversations, and worked with me to negotiate a great deal on our new Sienna. Every step of the way, Mark was a class-act guy, with the friendliness to win you over and the effort to actually get things done. ALL of the other dealerships my wife visited ended in sour experiences, and while she loved a few of the vans she found elsewhere, she couldn't stand the salesmen. Mark proved that he cared about getting us what we needed, and was a great friend along the way. I met mark when I finally flew into Ames, and I'm glad I did. Thanks Mark. We love our Sienna, and couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else.
